The capsules arrive when you planned for them
Capsules sit in our own warehouses in the UK and the US. All of our orders for your next run go out by courier from the nearest warehouse on the promised date. Planning your capsule supply stops being a job on your side and becomes one on ours.

Before a manufacturer supplies a single box, we've been through their certificates, their specifications, and their plant, and we keep checking after the first order. We validate the capsules from our qualified manufacturers against each other, so a change of manufacturer doesn't mean a change on your line. Every order carries its document pack. The manufacturer's certificate of analysis, unchanged and watermarked, with our covering letter. The manufacturer's specification sheet. Halal and kosher certificates, the vegetarian statement, and the allergen, gluten, GMO, and BSE/TSE statements.
Your customer portal
The delivery, the pricing, and the paperwork all come together in the customer portal we built for you. Every document for every order you've placed is there, from the certificate of analysis to the halal and kosher certificates current for that batch, ready to download the moment an auditor or one of your own customers asks for it. Your invoices and your full order history sit alongside them, with your own prices. And when it's time for the next run, you can reorder straight from a previous order rather than starting again. We built it to take as much of the admin off your desk as we could.

We will meet the requirements our customers set and the regulations that apply to our capsules in each market we sell into. We will buy only from manufacturers we have qualified, keep monitoring them, and act when one falls short. We will check each lot on arrival, keep it within its storage conditions while it's in our care, and ship it with its complete paperwork. We will trace any lot and recall it if we need to. We will acknowledge every complaint, find its cause, and fix it. We will act ethically with customers, suppliers, and each other. We will set quality objectives, measure ourselves against them, review the system at management level at least once a year, and keep improving it.
